AutoFit Terms of Service

These Terms explain how you may use AutoFit Routine (com.motionroutine.app).
1. What the service does
AutoFit is an app for recording and managing workout routines, workout logs, body weight, InBody records, progress photos, workout photos, and recovery status.
App statistics, recovery guidance, weight displays, and InBody displays are for personal reference only. AutoFit is not a medical service and does not diagnose, treat, prescribe for, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you have pain, an injury, an illness, or a medical question, contact a qualified medical professional.
2. Account and data storage
AutoFit has no account or sign-in. All data is stored on your device only and is not synced to AutoFit servers or any cloud.
3. Backup, export, and deletion
You can use the backup export feature to export your records (except photo files) to a file, and restore them with backup import. Photos can be saved to your device gallery using the separate gallery export feature.
You can delete data individually in the app, or remove it by clearing app data or uninstalling the app. AutoFit does not store your data on a server.
Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a Google Play or Apple App Store paid subscription. You must cancel subscriptions directly through the relevant app store subscription settings.
4. Ads
The free version may show Google AdMob ads if an ads SDK is included. Ads may be provided by Google or Google-approved advertising partners. If you tap an ad, you may be taken to an external website or app.
AutoFit does not endorse advertisers, advertised products or services, ad content, or the privacy practices of external websites or apps. If you interact with an external service through an ad, that service's own terms and privacy policy apply.
AutoFit does not send workout logs, weight records, InBody records, recovery records, or photos to Google AdMob for ad targeting. In builds that include an ads SDK, advertising IDs, IP address, ad interactions, device information, diagnostics, and other information needed for ad serving may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
Pro features may include ad removal. System notices, billing notices, policy notices, or other required messages may still appear regardless of Pro status.
5. Pro features and payment
AutoFit may offer Pro features. Payments are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, and subscription status is managed through RevenueCat. AutoFit does not collect or store payment card numbers or payment method details.
Subscription products renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout (for example, monthly or yearly) at the same price unless you cancel. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date, the renewal may be charged. Pricing, renewal period, free trial, and discount terms are shown at the store checkout before purchase.
You can cancel at any time in your Google Play or Apple App Store subscription settings; after canceling, Pro remains active until the end of the current paid period. Refunds and cancellations follow applicable law and each store's refund policy. Where withdrawal is limited by law (for example, digital content already delivered and used), those limits apply.
To verify and restore Pro access, purchase tokens, receipts, order IDs, and subscription status may be processed through RevenueCat and the app stores. You restore Pro access with the in-app "Restore Purchases" feature, based on the active subscription of the same store account. If a payment error, refund, chargeback, fraudulent payment, or subscription expiration is confirmed, Pro features may be limited or revoked.
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies; Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for them. If you downloaded from Google Play, Google Play's applicable terms also apply.
6. Your responsibilities
You should use the app in a way that fits your health, fitness level, and surroundings. You are responsible for paying attention to risks from excessive exercise, incorrect form, or unsafe environments.
You must not enter or use another person's personal information, photos, or health information without permission.
You must not misuse the app, bypass security features, or attempt to abuse the billing/subscription system.
7. Changes and interruption
AutoFit may change or temporarily suspend parts of the service for feature improvements, security, operations, store policy changes, or ad and payment provider policy changes. Important changes will be announced through the app or store listing when appropriate.
8. Limitation of responsibility
AutoFit does not guarantee the accuracy of information you enter. Records and statistics may vary depending on your input and device status.
To the extent allowed by law, AutoFit is not responsible for harm caused by your exercise decisions or health decisions.
Third-party ad providers, billing providers, the subscription management provider, app stores, and external linked services are governed by their own terms and policies.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and your use of AutoFit are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. However, where the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country or state are more favorable to you, those rules prevail.
We will first try to resolve any dispute through discussion between the operator and the user. If that fails, claims may be brought before the competent court under applicable civil procedure law; a consumer may file in the court with jurisdiction over their residence at the time of filing.
