Where are my workout records stored?

Your workout records and photos are stored on your device by default. AutoFit does not require an account or sign-in.

Do I need to create an account?

No. AutoFit can be used immediately after installation without creating an account.

Why am I not receiving workout notifications?

Check your device settings for AutoFit notifications. Battery saver or Do Not Disturb mode may delay notifications.

Why can't I hear voice guidance?

Check your device silent switch, media volume, and the voice guidance setting inside the app.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by your app store account. On iOS, open Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play → Subscriptions.

How do I delete my data?

Deleting the app removes data stored on your device. For more details, see the Data Deletion page or email us.
